Kanye West wants help to man hoping to trade for kidney

An Ann Arbor, Michigan man is willing to trade his prized Kanye West sneakers for a effective kidney – and the superstar rapper wants to help.
Matt Neal, 26, existing on Facebook to give his ultra-rare Adidas Yeezy Boost kicks – which sell for upwards of $ 1,000 on eBay – to an organ donor willing to spare a kidney.
The shoe collector revealed in the post that he has two failing kidneys.
“People are always joking that they would give a kidney for a pair of yeezy’s!!” Neal said on the social media site. “Well here’s your chance.”
He added in a later post that the waiting list for a kidney transplant in Michigan can take as long as five to seven years.

West and wife Kim Kardashian were so went after hearing Neal’s report that they decided they would gift the young man with a brand new pair of the hard-to-find shoes if he finished up trading his, according to TMZ.
Unfortunately, the transaction won’t be able to come to execution, as Federal Law bans people from offering money or merchandise for an organ.
Luckily for Neal, his unconventional proposal has inspired multiple people to offer a kidney free of charge, the gossip site reports.
“I’ve been in tears twice now because all the like and support that I’m getting from random strangers!!” Neal said in a later post.
