Actress Rebel Wilson open the MTV Video Composition Award for best hip-hop video while wearing a cop costume and then stripping down to a ‘F–k Tha Police Strippers’ shirt.

A Black Lives Matter activist is furious that Rebel Wilson made light of police brutality with a joke about strippers.

The Australian comedienne took the MTV Video Composition Awards stage Sunday night to present the best hip-hop video award.

“A lot of people have problems with the police,” Wilson said while wearing a cop costume. “But I really despise police strippers.”

The 35-year-ancient “Pitch Perfect” star then ripped off the uniform to reveal a “F–k Tha Stripper Police” T-shirt.

“They come to your household. You think you’re getting arrested, and you just get a lap dance that is usually uninspired,” she joked.

Wilson said she once hired a police stripper from her grandma’s 80th birthday, but the “erotic back massage” only lasted for one song.

“I despise this injustice, hence the shirt,” she said.

The skit enraged activists who said Wilson’s tone-deaf humor trivialized the deaths of young black men killed by police.

“.@RebelWilson/@MTV, police violence isn’t a joke, as the deaths of #TamirRice, #RekiaBoyd, #FreddieGray, #MikeBrown, & #MyaHall remind us,” civil rights activits DeRay Mckesson tweeted. “If the police kill someone you like, would it be a amusing joke, then?”

Black Lives Matter activists were furious over the skit.

Mckesson, a member of the We The Protesters orghnaization, has worked heavily with Black Lives Matter, which calls for an end to police brutality against African Americans.

“When’s the last time you heard a Holocaust, Sandy Hook, or Columbine joke at an awards show? Exactly,” he added.
