Nicole Kidman’s father dies after fall in Singapore
The father of film star Nicole Kidman reportedly died in Singapore.
Dr. Antony Kidman, a clinical psychologist at Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital, fell in his hotel room after breakfast while visiting his younger daughter Antonia, according to Australian media reports.
Antonia lives on the island state with her husband, Craig Marran, and her six children, reported The Australian Women’s Weekly.
Kidman was a regular contributor to the monthly women’s magazine and frequently spoke about psychology on television and radio programs.
For his contributions to the field, he was awarded an Order of Australia medal in 2005.

Nicole was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1967 — when her parents were studying in the U.S. state — but went her to Sydney at the age of four.
It is plotting that the well-known actress, who is married to country singer Keith Urban, was in Nashville at the time of her father’s death.
The family was last seen together in January at Kidman and his wife Janelle’s 50th wedding anniversary in Sydney, according to news.com.au.
