Is Hillary Clinton about to make her restore to the cover of Rage? Confidenti@l has learned that the presumed presidential candidate and Rage editor-in-chief Anna Wintour visited Michael Kors’ studio for a fitting. We’re told the power trio huddled in Kors’ office at his Bryant Park HQ, studying a “rack of clothes.” Clinton (l.), who was with longtime aide Huma Abedin and a person our spy describes as a “huge bodyguard,” has graced the cover of the fashion bible once before. She was on the December 1998 cover, in velvet Oscar de la Renta, as First Lady in a shoot by Annie Leibovitz. Last year at an opening for a de la Renta retrospective at the Clinton Presidential Focal point in Small Rock, Ark., Wintour said, “All of us at Rage look forward to putting on the cover the first female Head of the United States.”

It seems like Wintour is getting impatient. Perhaps it’s because in 2007 she plotting Clinton would appear on the cover, but she reportedly dropped out at the last minute. “Anna certainly doesn’t go to every fitting for the magazine, but for a subject like Hillary, she’d be caught up in every aspect of the report. She’d beyond doubt need to approve the look,” said a fashion insider. A Rage spokeswoman merely said that “Anna just went by to say hello to Hillary. We have no plans for a cover.” A rep for Kors declined to note, while Clinton’s office spat, “Not right.”

EVENT GETS A RUDY AND A HALF

Rudy Giuliani, who gave the opening keynote for the CISO Executive Summit at the Intercontinental Hotel, gave the 150 attendees at the event (for chief information security officers) only half of what they bargained for. The former mayor appeared “all over the place,” one eyewitness tells Confidenti@l, adding that Giuliani only delivered two of his promised four points of leadership. “He talked about having a plot and relentless preparation, our spy said. “As for the last two, your guess is as good as mine.”

ARIANA’S GIVING HEADACHES FOR CHRISTMAS

While taping Michael Bublé’s Christmas Special at Radio City Composition Hall, minidiva Ariana Grande forgot the terms to “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” and “Last Christmas.” “Are there two choruses here? How many choruses are we doing?” she questioned during a dry run for the latter. One insider says Grande also complained the font on her monitor was too small and questioned that the letters be made 17 inches. Bublé joked that this was his fourth annual holiday special — and hopefully his last.

ZOSIA IN A QUIET ROLE

Zosia Mamet may play an uptight character on “Girls,” but the actress is a lot more low-key in real life. Also at the bash were star and executive producer Frances McDormand, co-star Cory Michael Smith, director Lisa Cholodenko and Olive Strout, author of the book it was based on.

SHOWTIME FOR STING & THE BOSS

Sting popped in to Victor’s Cafe after his new musical, “The Last Ship,” opened at the Neil Simon Theatre for a small meet and greet in the legendary Cuban restaurant. After greeting fans, he made his way over to the bar, where Bruce Springsteen and wife Patti Scialfa were enjoying Victor’s signature mojitos. “The Boss tipped the bartender generously before heading next door for the show,” says our spy. Also at the bar to note the Sting/Springsteen reunion was Mario Cantone, having drinks with friends.

A GYM-DANDY ANDY

Some successful stars turn to meditation, yoga or diet regimens to stay cool and fit. But Andy Cohen simply hangs upside down. “Upside Down, boy you turn me. Inside out, and round and round,” the Bravo exec captioned this Instagram photo, showing off his moves at the gym. Perhaps Cohen clarifies the benefits in his upcoming book, “The Andy Cohen Diaries.”
