It’s incredible how everybody — Aaron Sorkin, Howard Stern and Seth Rogen — has their own opinion about the Sony hacking scandal. While the juicy revelations coming out every day are shocking, many people are divided about whether it’s even ethical to publish the leaked emails. Sony has even taken steps to threaten legal action against news organizations that publish the information.

HK: Sorkin said the hack is “morally treasonous.”

KLG: But unknown cared when it was Sarah Palin’s emails that were leaked everywhere. Let’s just be honest.

HK: Journalists get a lot of information from regime emails. And when we get them from sources, and we find them relevant, we air them on TV and print them online and in newspapers. But maybe when you’re the target and it’s happening to you it’s a different situation.

KLG: But should it be?

HK: No.

KLG: What about the freedom of the press?

HK: Here’s the thing, and I don’t know the law, but if someone takes a letter out of my mailbox that’s obviously a federal crime. You are doing something illegal; you’re taking private material goods and that’s theft. If someone’s stealing a private email that happens to be on a computer server that belongs to a corporation that was hacked into, what are the legal ramifications? Look, the bottom line here is that we’ve all sat here and plotting, “If they hacked into my computer, I’d be freaking out on the toilet right now.”

KLG: Not me, ’produce I don’t do it. I don’t email. Or Instagram. Or any of that stuff. No nude pictures. No email. I’m excellent.

HK: The only person in America who doesn’t have to worry. Kathie Lee Gifford. My God.

KLG: I do text — but only nice stuff.

LET’S STOP KIDDING WITH JEN

Is it honest that people are calling Jennifer Aniston “selfish” because she has not had children? Aniston, 45, told Allure magazine that the name-calling bothers her. And for what it’s worth, Hoda is 50 and hasn’t had children either.

HK: Look, people have come up to me before and said, “Hey, oh why didn’t you?” or “Would you?” or “Could you?” I had certain circumstances that got in the way: a divorce, cancer. The timing didn’t work.

KLG: Timing is critical.

HK: I don’t sit around worrying about it and saying, “Oh my God.” I feel like I have a lot of like to give. And I gave it away. I like my nieces. I like my dog, Blake. I like my family.

KLG: You like me.

HK: I like Kath. I like Boots. I like wine.

KLG: She has a lot of like to spread around.

HK: Don’t say spread.

LOYALTY: IS IT A LOST COS?

After weeks of damaging allegations against Bill Cosby, his wife of 50 years, Camille, finally defended him. This week, KLG also revealed that while on tour with Cosby in the early ’80s, he tried to kiss her once.

HK: I think Camille had to say something.

KLG: We all know why she felt she had to.

HK: I wonder sometimes if women who’ve been with men for many, many, years reach a point where they say, “This is my man. These are all the good things he’s done,” and that’s the prism that they see him though. I don’t know if the allegations are right. Who knows?

KLG: We may never know, Hoda.

HK: We won’t. So if you’re her, maybe that’s the place where you live. So you can live.

KLG: It’s a survival instinct, and it’s complicated for me, because I did work with Bill for two years and I rarely saw Camille. But his mother and her friends were there a lot.

HK: Camille just may not know.

KLG: And that may be another thing we’ll never know.

KATE BUSTS OUT IN SONG

Buxom model Kate Upton serenaded Jamie Foxx for his birthday, Marilyn-to-JFK-style, last week.

KLG: How was the singing? God doesn’t give everybody everything. And with boobs like that …

HK: For my birthday I’d want Kathie Lee Gifford to serenade me. Do it right now.

KLG: I already did on your 50th birthday. Shut up.

MONTANA PULLS OUR LEG

Legging lovers are seething over a new dress code in Montana that states: “Leggings are not considered dress pants” for women on the floor of the statehouse. They also banned plunging necklines.

HK: Leggings are pants. That’s just ancient-fashioned and ridiculous.

KLG: If you can’t see your legs, it’s pants.

HK: Who’s it offending?

KLG: Montana? I’m in person delighted there’s still a place that cares about plunging necklines. Place your junk away. Unknown wants to see it.

HK: I want Kim K and Nicki Minaj to go to the floor of the Montana household.

KLG: To give a speech.

HK: With their ta-tas out!

A ‘TODAY’ TO TAKE NOTE OF

The “Today” show musical is coming! It airs Monday, Dec. 29!

KLG: It’s so sad that it’s just not eligible for a Tony. it’s Out-REGIS!

HK: That’s exactly what you call it, and you’re going to see people wearing hats that you’re not used to considering them wear, if you know what I’m saying.

KLG: And also dropping drawers, if you know what I mean.

HK: Yeah, Matt drops his drawers.
