Tyra Banks is on the move, listing Nolita pad for $3.8M
Tyra Banks is selling one fierce piece of real estate. The supermodel and “America’s Next Top Model” host has listed her two-bedroom Nolita apartment for $ 3.8 million, News real estate editor Kathy Clarke has learned. The building, at 225 Lafayette St., has been home to other celebrities, including John Mayer, who sold his unit there for nearly $ 4 million in 2013. Banks, set to restore to syndicated television with the new chat show “The Fab” this fall, bought the Manhattan pad for just $ 2.1 million in 2005, records show. Banks’ rep told Confidenti@l the model loved it but simply wasn’t able to spend any time there with her work schedule.
The prewar, 2,000-square-foot loft on the corner of Spring St., which is listed by broker to the stars Adam Modlin, has panoramic views of lower Manhattan and Midtown, lots of natural light, Brazilian mahogany wood floors, a study, an open chef’s kitchen, a dining room and large picture windows. The Beaux Arts building, also home to actress Dakota Fanning, has a full-time doorman and a roof deck.

She said she’d give them to aides at “The Meredith Vieira Show.” She also tipped “extremely well,” a spy tells us.
MOM KIDMAN GOES BY THE BOOK
Nicole Kidman’s eyes are wide open to kids books. The Aussie actress told SiriusXM’s “The Moms” (aka Denise Albert and Melissa Gerstein) that she raised her four children on “Goodnight Moon” and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” because those books made her who she is today. “I’d always read books, and that built my imagination,” she said at the Film The high classes of Lincoln Focal point have fun for her film “Paddington.” “I really credit that for me wanting to become an actor.”
HOFFMAN GONE WILD
Former child actress Gaby Hoffman says she’s remained grounded over the years because she avoided Hollywood and, well, lived in the woods. “I took many years off and went to the high classes and took all of my 20s off to be as un-normal as possible in the privacy of the woods,” she tells Confidenti@l. “Literally the woods. I think any child actor should getting away from for 10 years up to the woods. I was in the Catskills.” Hoffmann adds that she was roughing it, chopping trees and going without an indoor toilet.

Fashion brand INC Global Concepts is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a year-long campaign starring Heidi Klum. The supermodel was also appointed INC brand ambassador, commencement in February and continuing throughout 2015. “I’ve always loved INC for bringing airstrip fashion to the masses. Throughout the years, INC has been a forerunner in making clothing that make women feel confident and sexy,” said Klum. Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, also will be in the campaign, as the face of INC’s men’s collection.

Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato headed out for a bone idle stroll on Maui, Hawaii, where it’s always shorts ride out. Actress-turned-director Angela Bassett and actress Yaya DaCosta arrived together at the premiere of Lifetime’s “Whitney” at the Paley Focal point for Media on Tuesday. The TV movie archives Whitney Houston’s life, from singing in a Newark choir to becoming one of the world’s largest stars. Bassett’s film also covers Houston’s long marriage to Bobby Brown and her struggles with addiction. The film premieres Jan. 17.
