Jon Bon Jovi has finally made a deal to sell his SoHo pad

Jon Bon Jovi’s real estate prayers have finally been answered.

The New Jersey rocker has found a buyer for his splendid SoHo penthouse, which went into contract Monday, two years after he first listed it for sale. The last asking fee? A cool $ 37.5 million.

Bon Jovi snagged the stunning duplex, at 158 Mercer St., for just $ 24 million in 2007. He first relisted it in 2013 with an asking fee of $ 42 million and then slashed the fee several times.

Supermodel Heidi Klum eyed the material goods last year but the identity of the buyer was unclear. Listing broker Leonard Steinberg declined to note.

The 7,452-square-foot, six-bedroom pad has a splendid room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining area and a chef’s kitchen with 11-foot ceilings, a screening room, a private deck and stellar Manhattan views.
