Tina Fey (l.) and Jane Krakowski found big laughs in Melissa Manchester’s hit “Don’t Weep Out Loud.”

Jane Krakowski got heckled on stage by Tina Fey on Monday night. Audience members at the St. James Theatre got side-splitting laughs out of the “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” duo’s bizarre duet, which had actress Krakowski singing the Melissa Manchester hit “Don’t Weep Out Loud” while Fey psychoanalyzed the lyrics. “As Krakowski sang the well-known chorus, ‘Don’t weep out loud. Just keep it inside, learn how to hide your feelings,’ Fey joked that it is ‘terrible information,’ ” one attendee at the Voices for the Understood: Stars for Foster Kids event tells us. “Krakowski continued, ‘And if you should fall, remember you almost had it all.’ Fey retorted, ‘Yes, because if you fail, always think constantly about what it would have been like if you hadn’t.’ ”

Fey joined in and sang along at the end of the number, only to see Krakowski steal back the mic and end the song herself. Darren Criss, Tituss Burgess, Megan Hilty and Caroline Rhea loved the show along with event hosts Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley. The largest number of the night wasn’t a song, it was the whopping $ 500,000 in donations raised for foster-care programs benefiting children 10 years and older with help from the Council on Adoptable Children.
