A lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate claims her boyfriend Nick Gordon gave her a ‘toxic cocktail’ and then put her face-down in a bathtub filled with cold water.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s boyfriend gave her a “toxic cocktail” and then put her face-down in a bathtub filled with cold water, an amended lawsuit filed in Georgia on Friday claims.

The blockbuster allegation was first reported by NBC’s 11 Alive and is part of an updated complaint that adds a charge of “unlawful death” to a lawsuit first filed against Nick Gordon in late June.

Brown, the 22-year-ancient daughter of late pop diva Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, died on July 26, nearly six months after being found unresponsive in the tub of her Roswell townhouse on Jan. 31.

The new complaint filed by conservator Bedelia Hargrove alleges that early in the morning on Jan. 31, Gordon returned from an all-night cocaine and alcohol splurge and accused Brown of cheating on him.

The dispute allegedly was captured on camera footage in the home.

The argument lasted about 30 minutes and then “everything abruptly became silent,” the lawsuit states.

Gordon then gave Brown the cocktail that rendered her unresponsive and put her in the tub of cold water, the paperwork claims.

Gordon later was seen coming out of the bedroom wearing different clothes and got into bed, where he laid his head on a female guest’s ankle and allegedly said, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”

A fleeting time later, a different friend in the home found Brown floating in the water with a dust pan at the bottom of the tub, the shocking lawsuit said.

Gordon has denied any wrongdoing but was barred from Brown’s bedside and funeral.
