Rap diva Nicki Minaj is getting sued for acting like a rap diva.

The hip hop superstar was sued in Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday for allegedly showing up late and then leaving early during an appearance at an NBA All Star event in 2011.

The suit says the “Starships” rapper had agreed to show up at Hollywood’s Siren Studios at midnight and perform for an hour — but she showed up 90 minutes late and was on stage for less than 30 minutes, the suit says.

Cahuenga, Inc. filed the suit on behalf of the show’s producer, IMP Entertainment. It says Minaj, 31, was paid $ 53,050 to cover her fees and expenses before the Feb. 19, 2011 concert and her abbreviated appearance “defeated the entire purpose of the covenant.”

It wants the cash back and other unspecified hurts.

A rep for Minaj had no immediate note.

Her abrupt departure from the stage in the middle of “Roman’s Revenge” was noted by reviewers as puzzling but irrelevant because, they said, her fans loved every second of what she did deliver.

Drake and Lil Wayne also appeared at the event, and Minaj was questioned to perform in 2012 as well.
