The always impeccable Jenna Lyons suffered her own wardrobe malfunction at Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Gala at Cipriani Wall Road on Tuesday night.

The fashionable J.Crew mastermind rocked a deep-cut blazer with absolutely nothing underneath, and when she went a certain way, nothing was left to the imagination, one guest tells Confidenti@l.

Lyons herself told us she indeed was worried she would have a nip slip.

“I had this jacket tailored and I didn’t get to try it on in anticipation of tonight, so I’m going to be doing this all night,” She said. (Lyons had her arms crossed just under her breasts, holding the blazer to her chest). “This is my stance for the night, this is how it’s going to go.”

The lovely Lyons also told us she’s not worried about her well-known style being ripped off — in fact, she likes it.

“My favorite thing is I get pictures of young girls being me for Halloween. That is the most adorable compliment,” she said.

Also at the event was newly release Padma Lakshmi, who recently split from Richard Gere.

“I date less (now), I’ll tell you that!” Lakshmi revealed to us. “I just don’t have time, and as you get older I think it’s harder to meet the right person, and I think you want to be careful because you have a family.”

The “Top Chef” host also says she has been trying to get her show’s producers to take the cooking series abroad.

“We went to Singapore, Vancouver — but it’s also a language barrier to make sure we can get the chefs where they need to go so they can do their shopping,” she clarified. “I’d like to go to Italy also, but it’s not really up to me.”

Gov. Cuomo’s special lady friend, Sandra Lee, also was there, but wasn’t in the mood to answer questions about her cooking. When we questioned if she makes a good lasagna, she answered, “Really? We’re here to celebrate HIV and AIDS and people who have done such good work and that’s the question?”

Well, we were curious.

John also spoke passionately about his charity, saying that people still aren’t getting tested for HIV because they’re still ashamed to say they’re HIV positive.

“We’re telling them, ‘Stop it! We can end this disease if you become responsible.’ You get tested and you realize you can live a normal life without having this stigma, then we can end this disease, and that’s the most frustrating thing,” he said.
