That’s right. Austin Powers funnyman Mike Myers has listed his stunning SoHo pad – which is more tasteful than shagadelic – for a whopping $ 17 million.
The 4,200-square-foot penthouse is spread across the two top floors of a cute seven-report condo building at 72 Mercer St. and has 14-foot ceilings, a private irrigated landscaped terrace with a dining area, a library and an enormous skylight. There are three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

“It took several years for Mike to find this penthouse,” listing broker Leonard Steinberg of Compass told the Day after day News. “It’s a right collector’s item.”
Myers bought the apartment almost a decade ago for just $ 7.9 million, records show.

The comedian, who just signed a two-year deal with HBO, bought it pre-construction and designed it from scratch, according to the Wall Road Journal, which first reported the listing.
