“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star Nicholas Brendon was arrested Friday night in Idaho … and his mugshot looks like Xander got into it with one of the bloodsuckers his co-star particularly fought.

Brendon was in Boise for a Comic Con event when he got busted around 10PM for allegedly causing “malicious injury to a material goods” … according to police — but so far it’s unclear what he was really doing to get arrested.

Nicholas was hit with 2 misdemeanor counts — including one for resisting/obstructing officers.
