Caitlyn Jenner will not face felony charges for the February crash that killed a 69-year-ancient woman, according to a new report.
Los Angeles investigators reviewed footage of the crash and determined that the highest charge Jenner could face is misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
While Jenner — who had yet to publicly transition from Bruce to her identity as a woman at the time of the accident — was inattentive, she was not intoxicated or texting when she wrecked her car in Malibu, investigators found.
Kim Howe, 69, died when Jenner’s black Cadillac Escalade smashed into the back of her wile Lexus.
Howe’s two adult stepchildren filed unlawful death lawsuit filed against the 65-year-ancient millionaire in May, claiming Jenner was “careless, reckless and negligent.”
In an April interview with Diane Sawyer, Jenner revealed she is transgender. A little more than a month after that, she unveiled her new look and name on the cover of Vanity Honest.
