The Oscar-winning actress adopted a baby girl named August, according to TMZ.
Reps for Theron did not immediately respond to requirements for note.
Theron is said to have adopted the African-American child in July and took six months to finalize the adoption.
She is also the mother of a 4-year-ancient son named Jackson, whom she adopted from South Africa in 2012.
The 39-year-ancient star’s baby news comes just a little over a month after she split from Sean Penn.
The pair had been together for accurate to 18 months before Theron reportedly finished their romance.
On Wednesday, the celeb exes were mandatory to reunite for reshoots of their upcoming film “The Last Face,” which stars Theron and is directed by Penn.
The actress can next be seen on the big screen in the thriller “Dark Places,” which hits theaters Aug. 7.
