Halle Berry faces ex-boyfriend in secret child support trial

Halle Berry faced off against her ex-boyfriend in a bolt from the blue trial over child support payments in Los Angeles Tuesday.

The “Extant” actress and Canadian model Gabriel Aubry were tight-lipped with reporters and sat on opposite sides of the courtroom during the closed-door conference.

Berry, 48, wants the judge to lower the monthly child support she’s paying Aubry to $ 3,000 from $ 16,000, TMZ reported.

Berry reportedly believes Aubry is using the $ 192,000 per year to not just care for their 7-year-ancient daughter Nahla but also avoid work.

The $ 16,000 per month payment was part of an covenant reached last year.

The Oscar-winning actress also agreed last year to pay school tuition and then split shape care expenses with her ex.

The judge further ordered Berry to make a retroactive payment of $ 115,000 to Aubry last year and pay $ 300,000 to his attorneys to cover the costs of the bitter battle.

The Los Angeles County court previously blocked Berry from moving to France with Nahla and boyfriend Olivier Martinez in 2012.

Berry married Martinez in 2013 and now has a 21-month-ancient son named Maceo with the French actor.

The 48-year-ancient actress gave birth to Nahla in 2008 after meeting Aubry at a Versace photo shoot in Los Angeles in 2005.

The couple split in April 2010.

Berry was in court after appearing at Comic-Con in San Diego last week to promote the second season of her CBS sci-fi drama “Extant,” produced by Steven Spielberg.

Aubry wore a dark suit and white dress shirt and declined to answer questions further than court.

Berry, who wore a striped top, skirt and heels on Tuesday, was escorted by Sheriffs’ deputies to an underground garage and left in her lawyer’s car without speaking to the media.
