Kate Hudson Launches New Fitness Wear Clothing Line
If we didn’t like Kate Hudson enough, the actress has up and done it — again. And, no, we’re not talking about a sequel to “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.” (Albeit, that would be really fab!)
The California actress is diving into the celebrity clothing trend and is following in the footsteps of other actresses like Rachel Bilson and Kate Bosworth with community-based online members-only subscription-model website Fabletics.
What does that mean exactly? Well Hudson has launched a website that is free to join, and just Like Kim Kardashian’s Shoedazzle, customers are questioned to fill out a lifestyle questionnaire to help Hudson’s team determine what consumers would like. In fact, the collection is a part of Kimora Lee Simmons’ JustFab.com!
Hudson, but, is taking her program a step farther, by launching social media initiatives that will help determine the newest styles — not making a collection solely based on her preferences.
She sat down with Rage and clarified, “There was a hole in the online athletic wear community of affordable athletic wear that was hip and fashionable, and when I heard that I plotting what an fascinating thing – because that is where you reach women. Why wouldn’t you want to reach women on a wider scope to motivate them to become more active? To me that’s what it’s all about.”
Not only is the collection as cool and, as far as we can see, down-to-earth like she is, but it’s also focused on being stylish and affordable.
When we say affordable — we mean it. Just looking at the homepage, consumers are able to buy an entire active wear outfit for only $ 25 US — and it gets better with free shipping and exchanges.
Effective out has never looked so fab!
