Bruce Jenner is out — Kourtney Kardashian is in. Kris Jenner has made her eldest daughter the executor of her will. Footage of Kris breaking the news to her ex-husband at a California medical focal point will appear on an upcoming episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.” Bruce was left in tears after Kris clarified: “If a bigwig needs to make a choice, like taking you off life support, we’re divorced. I don’t think you should be nt, Nicole Richie, Nicky Hilton, Lena Dunham, Kate Middleton the one that would choose.”
KARRUECHE OPENS UP ABOUT CHRIS BROWN
First she walked out on Chris Brown, then she broke it down on national TV. Karrueche Tran sat down with life coach Iyanla Vanzant for her first interview since breaking up with terrible boy Brown after revelations that he’d fathered a baby with another woman. The dramatic OWN network interview airs Saturday, and it’s chock full of drama.

A HILTON-RICHIE ENCORE
Nicky Hilton nearly collaborated with Nicole Richie — sort of. Hilton, whose sister Paris starred in “The Simple Life” with Richie for four years, was blemished at the new South Moon Under store in Shrewsbury, N.J., where she bought a couple of Richie’s designs. “She scooped up two necklaces from Nicole Richie’s Household of Harlow line,” one shopper told us. We’re told Hilton also looked at dresses for next month’s Coachella festival, where AC/DC and Drake will perform.

IN STEP WITH FOSTER CARE
New Yorkers for Children is throwing a “Spring Dinner Dance” featuring several special guests who should have no problem finding jazz partners. Top models Jessica Hart, Selita Ebanks, Nina Agdal, Coco Rocha and Arlenis Sosa are expected to attend the April 16 event to benefitting foster care citywide. The Mandarin Oriental-hosted soiree will also honor designer Oscar de la Renta, who died last October.

LENA’S ESSAY FETCHES TROUBLE
Get ready for Lena Dunham’s new show, “Goys.” The “Girls” creator drew the ire of the Anti-Defamation League for penning a New Yorker essay comparing the habits of her Jewish boyfriend to those of her dog. “He doesn’t tip. And he never brings his wallet anywhere,” she writes, urging readers to choose whether she’s referring to her pooch or her beau, musician Jack Antonoff.

YOU GLOW, GIRL
They should call that color Royal Pink. Kate Middleton brightened up an average day in London when she visited the Stephen Lawrence Centre, which helps kids from disadvantaged families. The Duchess of Cambridge is due to add a very advantaged child to her family next month.
