Mariah Carey, performing last week in Las Vegas, has settled a lawsuit filed by a former staffer who said she was owed overtime wages.

Mariah Carey is settling a bombshell lawsuit by a longtime staffer who exciting the diva had stiffed her on overtime for a whopping seven years, court papers show.

Ylser Oliver, 49, said she worked 10 to 16 hour days six or seven days a week without meal breaks, waiting on the “Hero” singer hand and foot at her Tribeca triplex and somewhere else.

“As a member of the household staff, Ms. Oliver’s duties included cleaning and organizing Ms. Carey’s living areas at her Manhattan apartment and various luxury hotel rooms in New York City visited by Ms. Carey, her family and guests,” said the suit, which was filed late last year.

She was also responsible for “maintaining household supplies; answering telephone calls; tending to Ms. Carey’s guests, attending to Ms. Carey’s personal needs and requirements as well as of those of her family; arranging for various services and repairs to Ms. Carey’s dwelling; packing Ms. Carey’s travel luggage and performance items; and traveling with Ms. Carey during her performance tours and vacations in order to provide these same services, among others,” the suit said.

Oliver went to work for Carey in 2007, and finally quit in June of last year, court papers say.

Carey, 45, never responded to the allegations in court, but her lawyer sent Judge Laura Taylor Swain a letter earlier this week telling her the “matter has been resolved in principle” and is expected to be fully resolved in the next 30 days.

No terms were told for the deal, which was first reported by the entertainment blog theJasmineBRAND.com.

Lawyers for both sides did not immediately respond to a request for note.

A second Manhattan Federal Court suit against Carey and her estranged hubby Nick Gun alleging they stiffed and then wrongfully fired their nanny is still pending.
