Natasha Lyonne, Taylor Schilling find ‘Orange’ crush of fame

It’s lonely at the top.
Some of the actresses of “Orange Is the New Black” say they’ve gained a whole new category of doting admirers since the show became a hit.
Natasha Lyonne, for example, who plays fiery lesbian Nicky Nichols, recently told Esquire, “I feel like the ladies really like me. I feel like I could just really clean up in that department should I choose to swing that way.”
Not so for the show’s star, Taylor Schilling.
“I don’t have a lot of women coming up and hitting on me,” she told Confidenti@l while promoting her new movie, “The Overnight,” “but I also don’t have a lot of men hitting on me. There really aren’t a lot of people coming up to me. Maybe that’s sad.”
But since her face has been plastered on billboards and buses all over the city, Schilling says she’s been getting bounty of other kinds of attention.
“Sometimes people follow me for like, blocks,” she told us, “or the other thing people sometimes do is try to take a selfie with me like, in the social class.”
“I’ll be like, ‘Did you want to take a picture? Because I’d be pleased to,’ ” she said. “I come out in better focus, they’re pleased, and everybody wins.”
In “The Overnight,” a comedy in which a play date turns into an eye-opening night with another couple, Schilling plays the wife of “Parks And Regeneration’s” Adam Scott. She tells us she’s not worried to get a little wild on a night out in real life.
“I mean, there are things I’ve done where I’ve been like, “Whoa, whoa, whoa; I can’t believe that happened,” but it also kind of all makes sense to me — why I made those decisions,” she says.
So what kind of craziness does Schilling get up to on her nights off? “I’m not telling you that! I’m never telling anyone that!”
