Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson speak out on 1D hiatus

One Management has broken its silence.

Niall Horan, 21, took to Twitter to clarify the future of the band and authenticate the reports that they are taking a break but are not splitting up.

“Ok so lots of rumours going round. We are not splitting up, but we will be taking a well earned break at some point next year,” he wrote Monday. “Don’t worry though, we still have lots we want to achieve!”

“Can’t wait for you to hear all the new composition we have for you and to perform some new songs as the tour continues! Like you all xx,” he added.

Following Horan’s terms, Louis Tomlinson added that “Your support is truly indescribable! It’s just a break we’re not going anywhere !! Look excellent.”

For Tomlinson, a break might be what he needs after he confirmed that he is going to be a father.

The band, which also includes Aggravate Styles and Liam Payne, performed its latest show during a tour in Chicago on Sunday.
