The U.S. Marine who invited Ronda Rousey to his Marine Corps Ball says he’s in “perfect shock” after his video got nearly 4 MILLION  views online … and says he’s still hopeful she’ll say “Yes.”

The Marine with the massive cojones is Jarrod Haschert — who joined the guys on “TMZ Hollywood Sports” to update us on his plot to make Ronda his date for the December 11th event.  

The terrible news: he hasn’t heard back from Ronda yet.
