Over-the-top TV prankster Steve-O could face up to 4 1/2 years in prison after being exciting with five misdemeanors for his Sea World protest earlier this month, according to reports.

The 41-year-ancient daredevil scaled a construction crane in Hollywood on Aug. 9 while wearing a “Blackfish” T-shirt and holding an inflatable orca. He posted a series of videos of his ascent to Facebook and disguised he was going to jump.

He has since been hit charges for making a fake emergency, trespassing, storing and possessing fireworks without a permit, and using unregistered fireworks for the wild practical joke, The San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

The stunt drew more than 80 firemen and 30 police officers to the scene.

“It just got out of hand,” Steve-O, whose real name is Stephen Glover, told TMZ. “It’s never my intention to disrupt the city on that level.”

The practical joke was Steve-O’s latest protest against Sea World for its alleged poor treatment of killer whales. The theme park was the focus of the highly critical 2013 documentary “Blackfish.”

Last summer, the “Wildboyz” performer climbed to the top of a San Diego freeway sign and modified it to read: “Sea World Sucks.” He was slapped with a $ 239 fine for that exploit.

After his most recent stunt, Steve-O promised to scale back his antics.

“I think that I might just stick to a little more mindless silliness for a while,” he told TMZ.
