Planes: Fire & Rescue

Somehow, this sequel to a rubbish spin-off to a rubbish sequel to a so-so cartoon is really pretty excellent. With all the Cars comparisons taken care of in the first Planes, the second movie gets a perfect respray, taking hotshot yokel plane dirty Crophopper (Dane Cook) out of the air-racing circuit and into the wilderness to fight forest fires alongside a terrible-tempered old helicopter…
