Ever been stuck in a traffic jam then realize all the cars were backed up for no reason? Well, it may have had something to do these knuckleheads.

For some reason these dumb-dumbs plotting doing donuts in the middle of the I-25 highway in Albuquerque, New Mexico was a good thought.

The video is cool to watch on the Internet … but would be extremely infuriating if you were stuck in the traffic behind it.
