We want to stand up today and salute the hottest arms in Hollywood. That’s right. We’re looking at you: Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Channing Tatum, every guy who’s ever been in a Marvel movie… It’s about time these guys got our full appreciation for putting so much time and energy into building dem biceps.

Strength isn’t everything in a man, but strong arms sure are sweet to look at. The best part of finding out that our favorite actor is playing a superheroon the big screen isn’t knowing that he’ll be combatting evil. Nope. It’s knowing that he’ll be hitting the gym. We’re talking biceps, triceps and muscles we don’t even know the names for.

But, we’re not just celebrating the men in spandex. We’re tipping our caps to actors like Vin Diesel, who always seems to be wearing sleeveless shirts, and Matthew McConaughey, who never seems to be wearing a shirt at all. Then, there are actors like Mark Wahlberg and Anthony Mackie, who hit the weights with The Rock to play a trio of bodybuilders in Pain & Gain.
