Ambra Battilana, 22, was “very, very shaken” when she called her lawyer after allegedly being groped by Harvey Weinstein, her attorney says.

The Italian lawyer for model Ambra Battilana says she was one of the first people the brunette beauty called after an alleged sexual assault by movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.

“I told her I believed she was telling the truth,” attorney Patrizia Bugnano told the Day after day News on Thursday. “When she phoned me that morning, she was very, very shaken.”

No charges have been filed in last Friday’s incident inside Weinstein’s Tribeca office, although the investigation — now led by a top sex crimes prosecutor — continues.

Weinstein’s camp has insisted he never made inappropriate friend with the 22-year-ancient model.

But The News reported the Oscar-winning producer never denied the charges during a post-incident buzz call with Battilana as the NYPD listened in.

“The content of the buzz call, there’s no question about what he did,” a source familiar with the call told The News.

Bugnano, who represented Battilana during the investigation of Italian Fill in Minister Silvio Berlusconi’s wild orgies, said the former Miss Italy rival was taking the right steps.

“If these things happened and Ambra wants to press charges, it’s right that she does it,” Bugnano said.

The Italian attorney said Battilana proved herself a useful witness during the Berlusconi hearings, despite suggestions that she slept with a 70-year-ancient man in restore for cash and gifts.

Weinstein, a 63-year-ancient married father of five, was silent further than his home Thursday, as he climbed into a black Lexus SUV. Daniel Connolly, lawyer for Weinstein, did not restore a call for note on the case.

Martha Bashford, head of the Manhattan district attorney’s sex crimes unit, is handling the probe. She was caught up in the investigation of rape accusations against high-profile civil rights attorney Sanford Rubenstein. He was vacant.

Patrick Browne reported from Turin, Italy.
