Angelina Jolie’s Christian Louboutin Maleficent Shoes Now Available to Order
Ever wanted to be a Disney princess — or an evil fairy? Well, now you can.
Fans of Angelina Jolie — or her character Maleficent — can now get their hands on her custom Christian Louboutin shoes that she was blemished donning, while promoting the tap a few months ago. Jolie was blemished rocking these perilous pumps in a variety of colours including black, gold and white.
Louboutin reportedly loved effective with the actress and said, “It is exciting to work with someone who has such a strong aesthetic and character. Getting to know Angelina through a fun collaboration has been one of my greatest pleasures!!!”
According to reports, each of the pairs were custom made by hand in Louboutin’s Paris atelier and the eccentric heels was designed to look like smoke to represent the actresses evil fairy character, who calls herself the Mistress of All Evil.
According to the brand between the sculptured heel and the nude mesh paneling, the shoes are meant to give “an illusion of magic” and “the result is an exclusive shoe that’s dark, perilous and when all’s said and done seductive, on the red carpet and off.”
While at the time the patent leather shoes were only available for the actress, they are now available to by calling Christian Louboutin’s Mount Road store (020 7491 0033), the shoes retail at £950. Profits from the shoes will help SOS Children’s Villages — an organization that Jolie has supported since 2003.
