Artist Domingo Zapata held a huge bash in his massive Gramercy Park townhouse to celebrate his Luxury Listings NYC magazine cover. Mingling in the crowd were Michelle Rodriguez, Kelli Giddish from “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” Ryan Serhant from “Million Dollar Listing New York,” singer Maxwell, designer Catherine Malandrino and a mix of real estate brokers, who were checking out Zapata’s wall-to-wall art, including pieces from his “Mona Lisa” collection. “There were a lot of really tall women and fleeting guys,” said one guest, laughing, who added that an art buyer for anonymous wealthy clients was on hand to buy items. “Domingo sold seven pieces for a total of $ 625,000.” Zapata’s pad, a giant triplex townhouse that sits on Gramercy Park, is owned by model turned Union Square Coffee Shop title-holder Carolyn Benitez. We’re told Zapata rents the pad for $ 27,000 a month. Word is the library was turned into a smoking room for guests, and that Zapata has painted canvas and stapled it to the ceiling in every room to look like murals. “It was super-luxurious,” the guest tells us.

Living legend David Bowie is now available in comic book form. “Fame: David Bowie” is now available for pre-order on iTunes, and Comic Flea Market is selling a paper version. Both are $ 3.99. The illustrated Bowie biography is the latest offering from Bluewater Productions, which has also inked comic book bios of David Letterman, Kurt Cobain, Amy Winehouse and Freddie Mercury. They’re now effective on illustrated biographies on Alice Cooper and George Harrison.

The 23-year-ancient (l.) led a team of pals to Bodega Negra’s Monday-night have fun, where a pot of chilled Baron tequila was awaiting them when they arrived. “Geno and crew stayed for two hours enjoying the Loco Monday (have fun), which included a burlesque show,” according to a source who got in Smith’s huddle. Gang Green open their season Sept. 8 in MetLife Stadium.

Having gone through one of the most public divorces in Hollywood history, Katie Holmes claims she’s gotten used to the constant presence of paparazzi and fans. “There’s beyond doubt an awareness of the fact that people have camera phones and that your privacy is sometimes invaded,” Holmes says in the fall issue of DuJour magazine, on newsstands Sept. 2. “But that’s something that I think everyone has had to adjust to.”

According to Judelson, the app will help locate lawyers, bondsman, and investigators for people who find themselves in distress with the law. Judelson’s clients include Kat Williams, Plaxico Burress, Lawrence Taylor, Ja Rule and Stout Joe, who celebrated his 44th birthday Tuesday.

Willis “ran across Hollywood Blvd. and signed autographs for practically everyone for a good 10-15 minutes,” a spy tells us. “He then went back across the road and did the same. Very cool.”
