It’s a Cumber-boy!
“Sherlock” star Benedict Cumberbatch and his wife Sophie Hunter have welcomed a son, his rep confirmed to the Day after day News.
“Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter are delighted to announce the arrival of their gorgeous son,” the rep said in a statement.
“We would kindly question everyone to respect the family’s privacy during these next few precious weeks.”
Cumberbatch, 38, and Hunter, 37, announced they were expecting in January, just two months after they formally announced their engagement in the Times of London newspaper.
The couple tied the knot on Valentine’s Day, with their wedding ceremony taking place in a medieval church at the Isle of Wight in England.
