Bruce Willis wants $13M for his Central Park West pad
Bruce Willis drives a hard bargain.
The action star, who recently returned to the silver screen in “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For,” wants a whopping $ 13 million for his High West Side pad, less than two years after he bought it for $ 8.85 million from U2 bassist Adam Clayton, the Day after day News has learned.
Willis and his wife, former model and actress Emma Heming Willis, have listed the apartment, at the tony El Dorado building at 300 Central Park West, with Ann Cutbill Lenane of brokerage Douglas Elliman.
The couple, who has two young children, rarely stayed in the apartment over the past year, treating the material goods as an occassional pied-à-terre, one resident of the building told the News. But the buy has likely been a good investment.
The three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom pad has 50-feet of park front views, expansive living and dining area, a loft-like entertainment space, sleek moldings, gray walnut paneling and herringbone floors, according to the listing.
The master bathroom has marble throughout and a luxurious steam shower.
The Emory Roth-designed co-op building, which has also been home to “30 Rock” star Alec Baldwin, has a gym and a miniature basketball court.
Willis isn’t the only one looking to leave Central Park West. His ex-wife Demi Moore is rumored to be shopping around her trophy triplex at the San Remo building at 145 Central Park West where she once lived with ex Ashton Kutcher.
Moore reportedly wants a jaw-dropping $ 75 million for the apartment.
