Brugal rum’s smooth and sweet Harvest Cocktail will get you feeling toasty during the November chill.
Here’s what you need and how to make it.
- 1.5 oz. Brugal 1888
- 1 oz. Oloroso Sherry
- .5 oz. Pear liqueur (most any brand will work)*
- .5 oz. Cane syrup (Demerara syrup works fine also)
- .5 oz. Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Aromatic bitters (Angostura, Fee’s or Bitter Truth will be fine)
Shake with ice and strain over new ice. Garnish with a Pear slice.
*Please note, that if you want to keep this drink shorter on ingredients, you can easily remove the Pear Liqueur from this recipe. It works without it just fine.
