Charlize Theron — Alleged Stalker Won’t Be Flowered With Charges

Charlize Theron‘s alleged stalker can sleep easy on a bed of roses tonight … the District Attorney has declined to charge him.

We’re told the choice to drop any charges was made based on a lack of evidence Stanislav Sonseadec intended to place Charlize in any danger. According to the D.A’s declination, Theron’s supporter questioned Sonseadec several times to leave the material goods before calling the cops.

But, law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sonseadec is Russian and there may have been a language barrier that confused him.

TMZ broke the report … cops were called to the actresses’ household Sunday after a man with flowers for her refused to leave.
