Days away from wrapping up his Rihanna-related felony assault case for excellent, Chris Brown had his test revoked – again.

The “Run It” singer appeared in Los Angeles County Superior court with on-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran and looked glum as Judge James Brandlin said he was still 202 hours fleeting of the 1,000 community labor hours he agreed to serve and had run out of time with just eight days to go.

Brandlin ordered Brown to restore to court March 20 to set a date for a test violation hearing and questioned for a supplemental report that would touch on two recent shootings that took place at Brown performances.

The first was a West Hollywood nightclub shooting in August at a pre-VMA have fun promoted by Brown. Rap mogul Suge Knight was hit by several bullets during the melee, and the shooter remains at large.

The second incident caught up shots fired at a Brown concert in San Jose, Calif., on Sunday.

“As it is now, there’s no indication the defendant had any awareness or criminal culpability,” with respect to the shootings, Brandlin said.

Still, he questioned for more details and ordered Brown to sit for an interview with the test department.

Brown’s test officer also alerted the judge that Brown violated the terms of his test when he traveled to San Jose last weekend without prior consent.

Brown, 25, previously signed an covenant that he would not leave Los Angeles County without written permission, the judge said.

Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos took “full responsibility” for the oversight, saying Brown’s administrator reached out to his office to question if Brown looked-for a court order to travel and was told no.

Geragos showed the judge a screengrab of the communication with the administrator, the judge said.

“I’m going to accept at face-value that there was a excellent-faith investigation (regarding) travel restrictions,” Brandlin said in court.

Brown was released on his own recognizance Thursday and told to continue with his community labor pending the March 20 court date.

The judge said Brown had been making “honestly steady progress” fulfilling the community labor requirement, serving about three days a week.

“It’s not entirely surprising to the court that he hasn’t completed the hours,” Brandlin said.

While Brown’s lawyer was in the judge’s chambers with the prosecutor, Brown sat in the courtroom gallery between his mom and girlfriend.

Tran, rumored to be his new fiancee after taking him back following a break-up, tenderly held Brown’s hand in her lap.

Brown got five years of test when he pleaded guilty in 2009 to beating Rihanna bloody in a rented Lamborghini.

The singer picked up another criminal case in October 2013 when he was accused for punching a man in a dispute over a fan photo on a Washington D. C. sidewalk just blocks from the White Household.

The Washington incident led the judge on his Rihanna case to send him to rehab for rage management.

The rehab diagnosed Brown as bipolar and eventually kicked him out for breaking some rules.

Judge Brandlin sent Brown to jail for the rehab violation in mid-March, and he was there for accurate to three months, getting out in early June.

He pleaded guilty to simple assault in the Washington case after his release and escaped any extra test time with a sentence of time served.

Brown took to Twitter Thursday with a more positive suggestion despite the turn in events.

“Nothing can stop what God has plotted. Surround yourself with elevators! It’s almost over… Keeping pushing forward and don’t break!”
