In a breaking fashion go, Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci has officially named Donatella Versace as the new face of Givenchy’s Fall/Winter 2015 campaign.

The 59-year-ancient Versace designer shared a dramatic black and white shot of herself and Tisci on the Italian fashion household’s official Instagram account. On Givenchy’s Instagram, 40-year-ancient Tisci also shared the same striking image. The photo shows the two designers posing in side profile, looking away from the camera and also away from each additional.

Known for her dark, haunting eye makeup and platinum locks, Versace strikes a fierce pose in the photograph. Meanwhile, the dark-haired Tisci looks over her shoulder.

While Givenchy hasn’t released many details on the new campaign yet, both the French haute couture mark and Versace mentioned that there would be “more to come soon” on their respective Instagram accounts.

Givenchy also tagged other fashion powerhouses in the photo, such as 60-year-ancient former editor-in-chief of Rage Paris Carine Roitfeld and photographers Mert Alan and Marcus Piggott.

We’re already curious about this upcoming collaboration between the two high-end designers, who are well-known as accurate friends. With both Versace and Givenchy already putting bold creations on the airstrip, joining forces just may be an exciting new fashion partnership!
