Elton John spoke to Confidenti@l at his foundation’s annual gala, but forgot the answer to the most vital question made well-known by Joan Rivers — who are you wearing?

The singer couldn’t remember which designer he had on, so hubby David Hand looked inside his jacket to reveal it was Chez Alex of Hollywood.

The duo talked about their kids, Zachary, 4, and Elijah, 2, and said neither of them play terrible cop when it comes to disciplining the boys.

“We’re both fun dad,” they said simultaneously, with John adding, “We’re strict but not that strict.”

“Zachary’s at school and Elijah’s at preschool,” John said, hinting that his musical genius may be influencing his older boy.

“Zachary’s having piano lessons, but he questioned to have them. I didn’t say anything. No, he just knows what middle C is right now. He’s not (famed classical pianist) Arthur Rubinstein, believe me.”

Hand revealed the kids saw John perform live for the first time last weekend.

“They’d never seen him on stage do any type of concert before, so they saw the first three numbers of his show in Vegas,” he said. “They were kind of overwhelmed in the sweetest way, like, ‘Wow, I didn’t know Daddy could do that.’ So it was really nice.”

“We couldn’t be more excited about hosting the Gotham Awards and are humbled to be invited,” Glazer and Jacobson said in a statement.

A starry guest list was expected for Polo Ralph Lauren’s charity shopping event on Tuesday night.

“Boardwalk Empire” star Vincent Piazza will host a swanky ball in support of people with mental illness on Thursday.

The actor will join guests, including Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall and New York City First Lady Chirlane McCray, at the annual NAMI-NYC Metro Seeds of Hope Gala at the Metropolitan Pavilion.

The event aims to bring people “together to support and bring awareness to the everyday struggles that people go through with mental illness.”

DORMER PLAYS TWO GAMES AT ONCE

Taraji P. Henson was went to tears when she saw how many people dressed as her “Empire” character Cookie for Halloween.

One day after an emotional interview on the “Today” show, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie take their twins, Knox and Vivienne, on a trip to Barnes & Noble on the High West Side on Tuesday.

The superstar couple had opened up to Tom Brokaw about her surgeries to remove her breasts and ovaries to prevent her from getting cancer.

“Considering my wife (having) to be her strongest and knowing that it’s the scariest news is terribly moving,” Pitt said.
