Emma Stone Stuns At The Cannes Film Festival 2015, Day 2
Emma Stone arrived in right style at the photocall for Woody Allen’s upcoming mystery film Irrational Man, at the Cannes Film Festival 2015. With her lacy black Oscar de la Renta creation, the 26-year-ancient actress was a stunning sight at the second day of the 68th annual festival in Cannes, France.
We’re coveting Stone’s feminine and voluminous cocktail dress, which is a welcome shift away from the dramatic, floor-length gowns which normally take over the star-studded event. The flirty ruffled hemline of the frock showcases her slim, shapely legs, while the sheer lace detail adds a sultry touch to the scalloped neckline. Meanwhile, the fitted three-quarter length sleeves bring a hint of modesty to the shorter length of the dress and the vampy lace.
Stone styled her sweet little black dress with a pair of black and light brown ombré pumps by Christian Louboutin. The pointy toe heels emphasized her leg line, while the ombré colour scheme brought added detail to her look. Although she may have had to hold her dress in place with the unexpected fierce winds at Cannes, she still looked every inch the classic Tinseltown leading lady.
The contrast of black against the star’s porcelain complexion is a winning touch. In right Hollywood bombshell form, Stone proved that Cannes Film Festival style can be both tasteful and trendy!
