The 38-year-ancient actor has been keeping his fans updated via Twitter posts and photos since the Nov. 20 procedure.
He started by sharing “before” and “after” photos, one with nothing on his neck and the other wearing a neck prop.
Prinze also posted photos showing the bandages on his neck as he works through corporal therapy toward a full recovery.
“Mental training,” he captioned one photo on Friday. “Visualize your technique. Then when you’re healthy, you don’t have to think anymore.”
While Sarah Michelle Gellar’s husband has not divulged much information as to why he had to undergo the surgery, he’s insisted he’ll be just fine.
“Private medical info amigos,” he tweeted Saturday. “Let’s say I have some disc issues that have been resolved. ‘Nuff said friends.”
