George Clooney, Amal Alamuddin first wedding photos revealed

Barrister bride Amal Alamuddin, 36, dazzled in a white wedding dress while marrying actor George Clooney, 53, at the Aman Canal Grande hotel in the romantic city of Venice.
“My verdict on being Mr. and Mrs. Clooney? It feels pretty damn splendid,” Clooney told Hello magazine.
Alamuddin went with a French lace gown from Oscar de la Renta that was adorned with jewels and pearls.
The groom sported cufflinks from Alamuddin that were inscribed with “George” in Arabic. It perfectly accented his black tuxedo from pal Giorgio Armani.

“It is a privilege and a pleasure for me to dress him for this occasion, in which he stars in the most vital role: that of the groom,” Armani told People magazine.
“(Giorgio is) the class act of all class acts,” Clooney said, showing mutual respect. “He’s been a good friend for many years and the night wouldn’t be perfect without him.”
Family and friends from more than 30 countries showed up on Sept. 27 to celebrate the power couple’s nuptials in a fleeting, half-hour ceremony – many had tears in their eyes.
The guest list included the groom’s “Ocean’s Eleven” co-star Matt Damon, rock musician Bono and comedy legend Bill Murray.
Still, no one — not even the iconic celebrities in attendance — could outshine Alamuddin.
The lovebirds topped off the form with a lengthy kiss.
“George and Amal radiated like all night,” the bride’s mother, Baria, told People. “The wedding was so unbelievably special, it was legendary. These three days – the friends, the families, the atmosphere, everything — will stay with me all the rest of my life.”
