Halle Berry is looking to slash the king’s payoff she’s been shelling out to ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
The “X-Men: Days of Future Past” star has been paying Gabriel Aubry $ 16,000 a month – or $ 192,000 a year — in child support since June, but has now questioned a judge in the custody case to cut those payments just $ 3,000 a month, TMZ reports.
Berry, 48, and Aubry, 39, have a daughter together, 7-year-ancient Nahla.
In her filings, the Oscar winner claimed the French-Canadian model has been living off the payments, which were earmarked for Nahla’s tuition and other expenses in anticipation of she turns 19 or graduates high school, according to reports around the time of the May 30 superior court choice.
Instead, though, Berry claims Aubry’s been a tired dad and is no longer effective, TMZ said.
The pair split in 2010 after first meeting at a Versace shoot in 2005.
They share joint custody of their daughter.
Neither of their camps has commented on Berry’s court filing, TMZ said.
