Hope Solo‘s husband Jerramy Stevens has been formally exciting with DUI … after he was busted while driving the Team USA soccer van in L.A. earlier this year … TMZ Sports has learned. 

We broke the report … Stevens — a former NFL tight end — was popped in Manhattan Beach back in January … and law enforcement sources tell us both he and Solo tried to play the “Do you know who we are?” card to get out of distress. 

Stevens was exciting with misdemeanor DUI within 10 years of another DUI offense. 

According to law enforcement, Stevens was busted for DUI in Arizona back in 2007.
