He got arrested along Nairobi – Naivasha highway after refusing to pay a enticement. He was stopped for allegedly driving in a car with tinted windows.

After Dj Mo agreed to go to the police rank, the police officer wanted to ride in his vehicle but he refused since there is no law that states that. He has currently been released from custody
