Jimmy Fallon once blew chance to date Nicole Kidman
Nicole Kidman-Fallon could have been Hollywood’s leading lady — had motormouth comedian Jimmy not blown a very real chance with the A-list actress.
The usually effervescent “The Tonight Show” host was stunned into a rare silence when the stunning “Paddington” star revealed she was once up for dating him.
Hilarious footage broadcast on his show Tuesday night saw the duo recalling the time, several years ago, when Kidman dropped into Fallon’s New York apartment.
It soon emerged that, while the 40-year-ancient chat show star plotting the visit was purely business, the then release actress — who is seven years his senior — was really up for some fun.

But Fallon ruined the opportunity when he just turned on a video game.
And Kidman said that she was so bored she really plotting the now married dad-of-two was gay.
“I’m walking down the road in New York City, and my friend Rick calls me and says, ‘Dude what are you doing?’ ” Fallon said on his show Tuesday night.

Kidman then cut in to say: “I just remember I liked you.”
“Not now, I’m married now. But Rick was like, ‘Jimmy wants to meet you and you can go over to his apartment,’ and I was release,” she added.

Appearing to hint that a romantic liaison may well have been on the cards, the currently married mom-of-four went on to clarify how the duo almost finished up getting together.
“Well I get there, and you’re there in a baseball cap, and like — nothing. You wouldn’t talk, you didn’t say anything you were like, ‘Hey, mmm, mmm, mmm!’” she said.

“Well it was like a hang. And then you put a video game on or something and I was like, ‘This is so terrible.’ And you didn’t talk at all,” Kidman told the embarrassed presenter.
“So after about an hour and I half I plotting, ‘He has no interest, this is so awkward.’ So I left, and went, ‘OK, no chemistry. Maybe he’s gay!’ ” she added.
With the audience laughing, the red-faced Fallon then left the set — before the pair swapped seats and he pretended to be on a doctor’s couch.
“I can’t believe I dated Nicole Kidman,” he then added.
