Kevin Dillon — Cleared in Gas Station Assault … Alleged by Teens

Just like Johnny Drama on “Entourage“… Kevin Dillon can now chant, “Victory!” — after getting vacant in an assault investigation involving a mouthy pack of teenagers.

Sources with direct information of the case tell us the incident happened back in July further than a 76 rank in Pacific Palisades … when Kevin allegedly confronted a group of teenagers he felt was harassing and taunting him — mostly because he’s well-known.

Our sources say the kids told cops one of them got into a shoving match with Dillon — and the teenager broke his ankle being pushed to the ground.

LAPD detectives investigated and reviewed security cam footage showing the scuffle — but we’re told it was unclear who pushed whom in the video. The City Attorney’s office finished up rejecting the case in November … due to insufficient evidence.

We reached out to Dillon’s rep for note … so far, no word back.
