Kim finds beauty is electrifying

Nothing’s simple in Kim Kardashian’s world — not even a beauty procedure.

Confidenti@l has learned that the one-woman cultural phenomenon recently rolled into a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon’s office to tune up that well-known face with her husband and two bodyguards in tow.

The reality superstar was booked for an Ultherapy treatment, a nonsurgical process that uses tiny electric shocks to tense up the skin on eyebrows, face and neck.

Kardashian was a predictably high-maintenance patient.

“Kanye (West) waited for her in the waiting room while two security guards stood further than her door as she got the treatment,” a spy tells us. “She didn’t make eye friend with anyone,” says our informant, who also was at the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery clinic for a little beauty booster.

Granted, limited eye movement could’ve been doctor’s orders. The much-tweaked Mrs. West has braved many beauty treatments, including the so-called “vampire facelift,” in which blood was drawn from her arm and injected into her face, and has had fish eat dead skin from her feet. But we’re told the latest procedure was too much to bear without a little help.

“She freaked out because it was so painful, so she questioned for a Xanax,” said our spy.

Kardashian can only hope her bolt from the blue beauty sessions don’t flash any nasty rumors. Her stepdad, Bruce Jenner, saw photo adaptations of himself as a woman plastered across newsstands nationwide during the week. This came via a controversial In Touch magazine cover that blended his resemblance with that of former “Dynasty” star Stephanie Beacham under the headline “Bruce’s Report: My Life As a Woman.”

The cover arrived after months of reports about the ex-Olympian’s alleged gender-bending lifestyle, which started in the wake of his split from Kim K’s mom last summer.

While no one is accusing Kim K, 34, of anything that drastic, she did seem to wrestle with body issues last week.

On Thursday she tweeted out a 2009 photo in which she’s standing next to her sister Kourtney. It ran with a heading of that reminisced about when she was “about 15 to 20 pounds thinner.”

Kim also was roaming L.A.’s Woodland Hills area this week, where she was snapped grabbing lunch with sister Khloe. We hope she skipped dessert, if getting back that 2009 body is a priority.

A representative for Kim said the “report is fake.”

TIME TO CALL FOR THE MARSHALL

“Into the Woods” director Rob Marshall will hear the NY Apple Award at the Casting The high classes of America’s annual Artios Awards on Thursday. “Hideous Betty” star Michael Urie will host the jamboree at Times Square’s 42West nightclub. Confirmed guests include “Orange Is the New Black” star Jason Biggs, “Glee” star Jonathan Groff and, of course, Billy Magnussen from “Into the Woods.”

HEARD TRIES OUT A DEPP CHARGE

Either Amber Heard has the same exact taste in bizarre jackets as fiancé Johnny Depp, or the “Magic Mike XXL” actress is just borrowing items from his madcap closet. The engaged pair held hands on their way to film “Jimmy Kimmel Live” in L.A., where the “Mortdecai” actor told the late-night host he used to test characters on daughter Lily-Rose, using her Barbie dolls. Hope he didn’t scare her.

CREDIT MUCH IN VOGUE

At least the staff at Condé Nast’s new headquarters at 1 World Trade can spend more money on shoes and bags. One of the company’s staffers sent us a pic of the new vending ­machines inside the snack rooms, which have a new feature — they ­accept credit cards. “Now no one has to search in their Prada bags for cash to get a diet soda anymore, diet yes,” laughs our source. “Not like any of the girls should be ­snacking anyway. Imagine running up your bill charging sodas.”

SEEN AND HEARD

Susan Sarandon paid a visit to Brooklyn Technical High School to celebrate SPiN New York’s Desk Giveaway program, in which SPiN donated 16 Stiga ping-pong tables to New York City’s public schools. … N.Y. Knicks Carmelo Anthony and Amaré Stoudemire, with Wiz Khalifa celebrating New York nightlife aficionado Barry Mullineaux’s birthday at No. 41 in London. … New Jersey U.S. Sen. VANDERPUMP, DAVIS SHOW SWAG-GER

Like a pair of excited teenagers, “Vanderpump Rules” star Lisa Vanderpump and “Blackhat” star Viola Davis hung out together, scooping up freebies in a W Hotel awards season gifting suite, a spy tells Confidenti@l.

“Lisa and her daughter Pandora only wanted white-colored bedsheets from Sheex Performance Bedding, because she told them that she only likes white items in her home,” laughed our source. “Lisa also jumped at the free five-day trip to the CeBlue Villas and Beach Resort in Crocus Bay and Anguilla. She said that she would take a guest. She also made sure to get an anti-aging serum from Burke Williams Spa.”

Davis and her husband, Julius Tennon, looked “very much in like” as they drank together and tried on hats and coats. They later received a free trip to the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club for one week in a three-bedroom villa. “Viola happily posed for pictures and found herself a glass of Nuvino Sauvignon Blanc, while her husband drank a glass of Malbec,” says our source. “Her husband was laughing with her as she tartan out the drink selections and said to the bartender, ‘Don’t get her started!’”
