Bruce Jenner will come out as “her” sooner than we plotting!

The transgendered father of 10, who was slowly morphing into the woman he always felt he was, will debut his new look to the public in early July.

The carefully executed PR plot was concocted with the help of stepdaughter Kim Kardashian and ex-wife Kris Jenner. Bruce is finalizing the details, which include a being on the cover of Vanity Honest to debut his new look, but (the family) is worried and wants to make sure he’s taken seriously.

“We all saw what happened with the In Touch cover. He wants to be taken seriously,” says our source.

Last January, In Touch magazine embarrassingly ran a photoshopped cover of Jenner, with the headline, “Bruce’s Report: My Life As a Woman,” with an image of his face on “Dynasty” star Stephanie Beacham’s body in a scarf and red top.

Our source adds that another option Jenner is considering is to take a page out of Angelina Jolie’s PR playbook and set up a shot where a photographer “accidentally” captures Bruce running errands, dressed as “her.”

“He will set it up ahead of time and either come out on a normal day — and from then on he’ll be a woman in his day after day life for the public — or he’ll go to a dinner and be in a dress. But it’s likely he’ll ease us into the nighttime look,” says our source.

It’s likely the Vanity Honest cover will come out on the same day Jenner makes his public debut, in one coordinated and seamless media plot.

Even better, we’re told Kim, whom Jenner called the most understanding of his life exchange in his ABC interview with Diane Sawyer, has completely “overhauled” her stepdad’s closet and turned him “high fashion.”

“When you hang with Kim you have to keep up, and that includes Bruce,” laughs a second source. “No more maxi-dresses for him.”

We hear Bruce is excited to show us his look, and is the most pleased he’s ever been.

“He’s not mad at all anymore,” says our second source. “He can be who he is now.”

Who needs the Hamptons when gorgeous Mount Airy Lodge is calling?

The famed Poconos summer resort, known for its cheesy commercial jingle, has lined up a summer concert series that kicks off with Melissa Etheridge on June 13.

The resort/casino’s Sherman Summer Stage will also feature Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo, the band moe., John Butler Trio and SOJA, Chris Young and Sublime.

To celebrate the season-two premiere of his hit Starz series, “Power,” the executive producer and star called on friends to perform in the Tuesday New York premiere, sponsored by Time Warner Cable. G-Unit, Jeremih, Joe, Troy Ave, Rotimi, Elle Varner and Remo the Hit Maker will all perform along with Fiddy at the Best Buy Theater following a screening of the season opener, which premieres Saturday at 9 p.m.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back, like he warned.

EVEN NOW, MANILOW A BIG HIT

Just days before “Copacabana” crooner Barry Manilow turns 72, the now-married singer found out he’s still a hit with his “Fanilows.”

“He had a wild and crazy show in Seattle this week (at the Key Arena) and someone threw a pair of panties on the stage,” laughed one source. “But they were huge. Like granny panties!” Manilow responded to the toss with, “What, you want me to send these to the laundry?”

As the crowd broke out in laughter, another pair of panties, this time sexy and black, came fleeting up to the stage, which the singer approved with a nod.

Manilow then led the crowd in a sing-along to “I Can’t Smile Without You.” He ends his last tour, “One Last Time!” in his native Brooklyn, at Barclays Focal point on June 17, his actual birthday. Next up for the singer is his hit musical, “Harmony,” which he wrote with songwriting collaborator Bruce Sussman and is likely heading to Broadway.

Manilow wed his partner and longtime administrator Garry Kief last year in a bolt from the blue private ceremony in Palm Springs before 25 accurate friends. Plotting there was no official paperwork and the duo didn’t sign anything, both Manilow and Kief now sport wedding bands.

HANNIGAN AND PINK DELIVER THE GOODS

Who knew these two were pals? “How I Met Your Mother” star Alyson Hannigan cracked up Pink while out shopping at toy store Acorn in Santa Monica, Calif. The singer was likely picking up goodies for her daughter, Willow, and the “American Pie” actress was shopping for daughters Satyana and Keeva.

STATE-OF-THE-HEART SWIFT

Taylor Swift assures us her heart is just fine. The singer (above), who often writes about heartbreak in her songs, says there’s “beauty in the ups and downs” of her relationships. “I don’t want to be known as the Heartbreak Queen, she says in the latest issue of Elle magazine. “I want to be known for having a gorgeous life. And that doesn’t mean that everything has to be good all the time. I want to be known as being a really good friend.”

MORGAN ON THE MEND

Excellent news! Tracy Morgan is feeling fine. The comic, injured in a car crash a year ago with a Walmart truck, gives a thumbs-up after leaving a rehab facility in New York. His daughter, wife and doctor walked out with him, and Morgan felt upbeat enough to pose for a selfie with a fan. He is scheduled to talk with Matt Lauer on the “Today” show Monday morning, his first interview since the accident.

MELISSA AT A LOSS

Melissa Rivers graces the June/July AARP magazine with substantial son Cooper, and discussion about still mournful over the loss of mother Joan Rivers. “I was part of a comedy team. I was the straight man. And now I’m a solo act,” she told the mag. “I’m trying to find my voice.” On making the choice to let Rivers go, she said: “My mother’s definition of quality of life was … being able to go on stage for one hour and … be amusing. As hard as it was, I knew the right choice.”

BACK IN A ‘CRUEL’ WORLD
