Kim Kardashian is setting the record straight in regards to her use of plastic surgery— especially while pregnant.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star, who recently announced she was having a baby boy, took to Instagram to share how she manages to look her best while pregnant without doing anything that could harm her unborn child.

Sharing a photo of the flawless looking end result, the star left her very vital message to fans.
“No I don’t do fillers or botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that!” Kardashian clarified. “Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face really changes! My nose gets larger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up. The challenge is trying to adjust the make up to make me feel normal & we will share our tricks on KimKardashianWest.com.”
The reality mogul has been busy the past several weeks filming videos for her website, although the date of the launch is still unknown.
