Joan Rivers is getting the regal treatment when she was upgraded to a larger suite, according to a friend.

The gossip columnist revealed the 81-year-ancient comedian is still getting her hair and makeup done and Mount Sinai, where Rivers is located, is allowing her dogs in to see her.
Adams was photographed leaving the medical focal point in New York City on Sept. 1.
Rivers was transferred to a private room from the intensive care unit Thursday after one week Thursday.

“If she is off all life support and in a private room, and resting comfortably, it’s possible the family is waiting for nature to take its course,” an emergency medicine doctor at a prominent New York hospital said.
Rivers went on life support over the weekend and was positioned in a medical coma prior to that.
EMTs rushed the “Fashion Police” starlet to Mount Sinai last week after Rivers went into cardiac and respiratory arrest during a visit to her doctor.
