She’s still a real estate trend setter.

“My Week with Marilyn” and “Brokeback Mountain” star Michelle Williams has snagged a stunning eight-bedroom, six-bathroom fixer-high in Ditmas Park, a year after ditching the townhouse in Boerum Hill she once shared with Heath Ledger, according to neighborhood blog Ditmas Park Corner.

The stunning landmarked Colonial Revival-style family home, at 1440 Albemarle Road, was last listed for $ 2.45 million.

Williams, who has a nine-year-ancient daughter Matilda, has long been considered a Brooklyn pioneer — and now she’s venturing even deeper into the borough.

When she and Ledger first went to Boerum Hill in 2005, they were regularly blemished in the neighborhood, wheeling around Matilda and becoming faces of the borough’s increasing appeal for celebs and creative types.

“I like everything (about Brooklyn),” Ledger told The Brooklyn Paper in 2006. “I adore it. I like my neighbors and the coffee shop down the road.”

Williams sold the Boerum Hill material goods last year for $ 8.8 million, double what they paid for it.

The Ditmas Park home was designed around 1910 by architects Robert Bryson and Carroll Pratt for prominent Brooklyn lumber dealer J.C. Woodhull and could use some tender loving care to bring its historic details back to their original grandeur.

It has a two report front porch, eight gas and wood-burning fireplaces, leaded and stained glass windows, a decorative spiral staircase, a whole wing dedicated to the master suite and a rooftop deck with views over the whole neighborhood.

Ditmas Park is well known for its grand Victorian homes, leafy suburban-like streets and diverse population.

High profile neighborhood residents include Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Lindsay Abaire.

Neither listing brokerage Mary Kay Gallagher nor a spokesperson for Williams immediately responded to a request for note on the Ditmas Park deal.
