Milan Fashion Week: Prada Fall 2015 Our Favorite Looks
Earlier today at Milan Fashion week, Miuccia Prada was not yet ready to go into the hedonistic 70’s. The fall Prada collection stayed focused on the lady like late 60’s period featuring a mix of retro 60’s and into early 70’s fashion consisting of pretty suits, dresses and coats in pink, blue and green tones. Fabrics ranged from tweed to wool to leathers.
We’re loving the late 60’s retro vibe of this classic double breasted coat. As we saw at Fendi, the usual spring colours – white, pink or baby blue are being carried into Fall 2015. this is good news when you are looking for a piece that you can wear through the seasons.
Slim fit suits with the shorter boxy jacket and cropped cigarette pants in houdstooth print mixed with a pop of colour were standout and wearable pieces in this collection.
Innovative use of printed leathers with spring time colours and gloves were paired with top handle handbags.
Long gloves and gloves overall played a big part in this elegant collection for Fall 2015.
